Sky mobile has billed me twice for £120

Can I get my refund please as soon as possible . You've charged me twice £120 when my bill is £40 a month.

Did you make a payment yourself on the 18th April ?

You say your bill is £40 a month but there was a debit of £80 that looks like it wasn't paid from a previous bill that has been carried over and added to this one hence this bill being £120.

 

As the bill has been paid twice you are now in credit to the tune of £120 meaning for your new 3 bills no money should be taken from you you as the credit will be used to pay it.

 

If you prefer you can have the £120 refunded so let us know if you would like this done as we can alert Sky's messaging team to get in contact you about this.
