I can't get wifi calls I have tried to contact sky but can't get anyone as I have no phone signal at home. Hopefully this will be resolved soon because I like a lot of people rely on wifi calling.

Hi we have experienced exactly the same on two Apple phones no Wi-Fi calls. Spoke at length to support in India and they went through trying to change loads of settings and were oblivious to the network having problems. I will give it 24 hours and then cancel both sim only contracts and switch to Asda who apparently use the Vodafone network and include Wi-Fi calling

We have three phones in contracts and all experiencing continuous intermittent problems making/ receiving calls. Straight calls, not WiFi calls.
I think we'll have to consider changing to a different network if not resolved soon.

Hi,
As a sky customer for 2 years now, and a silver VIP member it is quite frustrating that sky did not contact any of their customers to let them know this is happening, instead sky leave their customers in the unknown. It is really frustrating paying for something that is not working. I too have had my phone reset while on the phone to sky. I called back after having my phone reset and the other advisor told me about the issue (the previous advisor did not even mention it). Sky you need to sort it ASAP!
