Hello,
Around 5pm yesterday there was a Sky Mobile outage affecting voice, data and SMS services which are still intermittent today.
This is being fixed as a matter of urgency and I'll share updates here as they come in.
We're really sorry for the inconvenience and hope to have full service resumed asap.

I have just been on the phone for an hour to sky who never mentioned anything and made me reset my network and that didnt work so ive been told i will receive a call back from the netwr team in the next 24/48 hours? Im so confused lol. I have no 4g at all

Hi I didn't realise there were issues. My fathers emails were not working so I deleted his mail account and tried to create a new one, but keeps asking to set a password. Is this because of the outage happening?

I have been experiencing issues as well. My texts messages don't appear to be sending proeprly. They say not sent, but the receiver receives the message about 4 times! Not the first time I have had issues with Sky mobile will be changing my provider once my contract is up.

Wifi calling's still not working for us either. It's been down since yesterday evening. No signal here so we can't get calls or messages.

Any update on the outage as I am still having difficulty getting a connection most of the time or if it does connect it cuts out

Hi all,
The service is remaining stable for some, but not all unfortunately. I'm following an internal discussion with the right teams where updates are still coming in every hour. Once we know it's been fully fixed I'll let you all know of course.

I am still unable to send SMS messages or make call and receive calls. Please can someone contact me about this asap.

My phone is relied on I need to be able to respond to family members as my mother has passed away so I'm not happy with this
