Could be a factor if you're using wifi calling, sadly for me, that's turned off.

Thanks for your message @Chloe-W22 , however can I say how badly this has been dealt with by Sky. Your 150 team were absolutely shocking in dealing with this, making me feel like I was the problem. 4 days not being able to contact people with absolutely no official communication after countless calls and messages. Again, thanks for your message here however I'll be making a formal complaint about this

Looks like this issue is systematic and has not been resolved.

This just shows a Form does not exist error.
Regardless, the error is intermittent. Sometimes a number will work, sometimes it won't.
Sometimes frequent retries eventually works, sometimes they don't don't
