Emergency calls only abroad

Landed in Lanzarote today no welcome text no calls, text or Internet showing emergency calls only. Followed all online help still no joy on 2 devices it's ridiculous

Hi @Pud189  try turning off automatic network selection in your phone settings then do a manual search and select from the list. Something else to try if it's an iPhone go to settings, mobile service, sim applications and change the setting there.
