Number doesn’t exist - does anyone from Sky look at these threads?

This is been happening to me for days now. Every time I try to call my husband who is on o2 😡😡 (I'm the wife not Simon 🤦🏻‍♀️)

Yes definitely a problem. Can WhatsApp my son but when I try yo call says number does not exist. I have called him before so this is a new problem. My wife also cannot call him. We are both on Sky which is 02 my son is on Tesco which is also 02. My daughter on 3E can call my sons number without problems.

Having nightmare with this too. Eventually got speaking to somebody last week. Problem still existing and has been for months. Got cut off while on hold there. I'm so cross!!

This is happening to me with only one contact. I have updated and restarted my phone. Deleted the contact and readied it but still not working. I can ring all other contacts. And the contact I cant get through to can ring me I can also message them and WhatsApp them. Very frustrating

I'm having the same issue, can't call one specific number I always call and apparently it no longer exist

Please report to Sky, this has gone on for months and still no fix. The more they hear about it, hopefully the more likely it is they'll put the work in to fix it

Same problem here Dialled 150 was on the phone for an Hr.

They do not have a clue.

I am having the same problem. I cannot call my daughter's number - she is on Vodafone. It may have been happening since I returned from abroad but I have not noticed because I usually Facetime and that is unaffected. I only noticed when I tried to call from my car. Has anyone found a fix for this? My daughter is one of my ICE contacts.......so it pretty important that I can call her.

Same issue. 3x sky mobiles cannot call a Three mobile, but O2 can call it. Number does not exist error. Tried 150.  Got a text saying they resolved it, but they didn't. Clearly trying to make their issue resolution stats look good.

Finally working after 4 days, really poor Comms from Sky until today!

UPDATE

Maybe completely coincidental.

Had to reboot my SKY router last night.

This morning the number is now working.

Worth a try.

Please dont ask me any questions as to why .

I did also send an Email to SKY yesterday with the number in it, perhaps they did something overnight as well.

Also now working for me. Suspect sky sorted in the last 24hrs.
