I understood that sky would tell me via a text message when my data was running low on my iPhone. This isn't happening. Many times using my data as a sat nav when driving it just stops giving me route information. This is very inconvenient, generally I'm not in a position to roll over data from my piggy bank.

Re: Low on data
It does sound like you need to consider raising your monthly data plan.

Re: Low on data
I too have this problem too! I don't need more data each month I just need to know if I'm running short of data so it doesn't just stop working! Can't keep looking at the amount of data every time you use it when out! It's so annoying so if you find out an answer please let me know!

Re: Low on data
Is this an app?. If so would I need to keep looking at it to see where I'm at, which is what I'm having to do with my sky app. The purpose is for sky to tell me when my data is running low in good time for me to roll over data should I wish to do so. THAT IS NOT HAPPENING.

Re: Low on data
@Peter94 No it's not an app, it's a setting within your phone that will alert you when you are running low on data, it will display a notification on screen.

Re: Low on data
The data usage app was previously downloaded for me on my iPhone, that has never informed me, as I look at it now where the top half of the page is in blue it says 100% used. Data used 3.0 GB data left 0.0 bytes. I've used the lower portion of the screen in white to contact us telling them that the app is not working for me, so far no reply.
just nobody seems to want to talk with you.

No sensible reply's, no information, only words of advice which are meaningless unless you explain where, why, and how.

@Peter94 With a response like that why should anyone help you?
Those that have offered advice are doing so in their own free time, we are not here at your beck and call to walk you through a solution step by step when you can do that yourself in a couple of minutes using Google or your phones instructuons.

Re: Low on data
Peter94 has followed your suggestions and so have I but it makes no difference as Sky are not informing me when I am low on my data on my phone. When I took the contract out SKY informed me but now it doesn't and I want to know why and want to have other suggestions from people as to how to get Sky to inform me and @Peter94 when we are low on our mobile data and whether other people have had that problem.
