Need data asap - power cut

power cut and no data!!


Awful timing but I changed my data plan in error and unable to change it again for 1 month. Ran out of data and used up all my 1GB add-ons. 

skybot is useless and call centre is closed. I have no data left in the middle of a power cut. 

does anyone know if it's possible to speak to someone somehow?? I tried to go through to lost/stolen phone team but they claim they can't help.

You won't be able to speak to an agent until the lines open later I'm afraid, but even then they may not be able to help you. Hopefully the power is back on now.
