Hiya,
My parents have just moved overseas with no intention of returning to the UK. We are on the same mobile plan so I have been tasked with stopping their accounts.
They have already moved so they no longer have access to their sims/phone numbers, meaning I can't request a STAC number or anything.
Is there a way to cancel their account without getting any linking codes etc, as they won't need to if they aren't going to have a UK account anymore?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you are the account holder and if you have been paying for their sims for 12 months or more then you can call Sky on 150 from your phone to ask Sky to cancel the two sims they were using.
