My husband's phone has surplus data in the piggy bank but I am unable to access it to transfer the data to my phone

and we were told I would be able to. Just want to know how to transfer it

Any unused data on hus phone should roll back to the piggybank that is on the account on the date the data resets on the device which is the billing date.
