Hi - I've not been able to roll data back since Wednesday last week. I called Sky and they said someone will look into the issue for me.
I'm in Spain on holiday and can't use my phone when I'm out. I have tried calling sky but the numbers go to a strange crackling sound!!
if anyone could escalate this, I'd really appreciate it.

Just had an update, it's been fixed! Just checking when my lost 60gb will be restored now.

Hi,
yes I do it monthly / regularly.
the data comes off the total and doesn't load onto my number, my balance stays at 0.
I have 4 numbers and none of them are working for any of them.

This has been happening to me for months. I can't roll data to my sim using WiFi or anything.
they don't have a fix. I've had hours on the phone where they escalate it and I still haven't heard back from 2 months ago.

Oh Jeez, that doesn't fill me with any confidence. I've been told that it's being reviewed daily... and the cause is from a boost on my acct.

They're clueless. They told me it was a boost on mine, next time it was because there was a debt on my account even though I've never missed a payment and they confirmed that upon inspection.
the sooner I can leave, the better.

I had EXACTLY the same issues when in Spain last week. Left without data for 4 days and could not speak on phone due to crackling. Chat ppl didn't help.
Back in UK now and still cannot roll data.
How did you get this resolved please?
