Thanks for the response, I was obviously jumping the gun.
This is the first month for rolling data over as I was previously with o2 so wasn't sure of the time frame.
No panic now.....I checked later in the day and the data was in my piggybank.
Thanks again for the help.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt can sometimes take a little while for the data to update, certainly more than a few hours if your billing date is today so if the data hasn't appeared by tomorrow then call Sky on 150 so they can look into it for you.

Hey Am considering switching from o2 to sky. Are you happy with it?

Yes, more than happy. I wish I had changed a lot sooner.
Any unused data automatically transfers to my piggybank to use with all my sky devices (I also have a samsung tablet) so I can roll it back to either my phone or tablet.
The only annoying thing was waiting for the transfer.......which really only took a day and Iwas still able to make calls and messages, it took slightly longer to be able to receive calls.
Sky is definitely better value. I even received a credit of £6.00 to my account for apparent outages on the network that did not affect me.
Definitely the best move I made. You won't regret it.
