Yeah I was actually going to go with Tesco mobile if there was no update by Monday. Not good customer service at all very disappointing and the lack of communication too

If they had said literally anything, I would've just continued to wait without even thinking of getting it from Tesco or similar. But the silence made it seem like it was never coming lol.

It was a month today that I ordered my 17 pro max in blue (24th September) and I just received an email from Sky that my order should arrive tomorrow, and my order status on the app says the same thing, based in Manchester if that information is helpful to anyone. Now just outstanding 1 orange pro max while watching the other half with a new toy

This is so frustrating. I originally ordered iphone Air on September 21st and it arrived two days later. But unfortunately I got caught in Esim saga and one week and about 8 calls to advisors gave up and returned it as there were stories on here about others having no mobile service for days on end. 

Luckily I never lost service on my Iphone 15 so ordered Iphone 17 on October 7th and told one to two weeks. Phoned on Sunday and got told I will get it by today. You guessed it. Nothing. Still saying awaiting stock. If only that Iphone Air had a physical sim or the Esim worked I would have had a new phone for a month now.

Just an update on my order iPhone 17 lavender, was on back order and was originally told 1-2 weeks now 3 weeks + 1 day and finally got an email from dpd to say they're expecting it so fingers crossed it comes very soon, and it gives the rest of you's a bit of hope, I'm from N.Ireland and placed my order on the 2/10

Today I received my tracking information for my iPhone 17 pro max and I'm expecting delivery tomorrow, hopefully it arrives. I ordered on the 24th of September
