Ordered MacBook Air 2025 and it’s been 2 weeks

Hi I ordered a MacBook Air 15 inch 2025 2 weeks ago and it's still not delivered the tracking still says this 

 Could some one message me or something as I am paying for a service that I can't use

In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here so no one will message you. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

 

You shouldn't be paying for it yet. 

As we’re customers we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

That down payment is usually asked for if you have only just past the credit check so it will be taken off what you are starting paying for it and this will not happen until it arrives. the reason it says delivery soon is usually because Sky are awaiting the stock from their supplier.

Ye 5 times yesterday got told several different story's 

 

advised wanted to cancel they said I couldn't until I refuse the delivery...

If it was outta stock I would get that but the fact that it didn't say any of that is just frustrating I have work to get don't thought it would of been here 2 weeks ago but no almost a month (mmonth on sat I ordered )

I've been waiting 3 weeks for the 13 Inch 512GB MacBook Air and have been directly lied to by customer service many times about what is happening with it. They have even ghosted the complaint I raised. My next step is writing to the CEO's office about it.

Mines the 256 and still says in stock yet they can't 'figure out' why It hasn't been shipped yet
