So gave Sky a call today about the fact that it's not showing in my orders. They said it's a separate account (something like that?!) for mobile even though it's same email address... doesn't explain why it's not on the orders though but showing as one of my devices. They said the pro max is 5-6 wait time if ordered this week, and the pro is within 2 weeks. Luckily I'm getting the pro, so hopefully it will actually be very

Hi, had anyone actually received their new iPhone 17 pro after originally being told it was on back order when the order was placed ? If so can I ask how long you had to wait?

I have one on back order without any new update available and starting to panic now.

Hi @di30  the wait time could well be different for different customers, the fact someone waited 3 weeks for theirs will have no bearing on your wait. Your order status will contain the most up to date information available. Is your order showing in your account ?

I ordered the iPhone 17 pro max blue 256gb on 27/09 and it's finally being delivered tomorrow after saying in progress for 4 weeks! Seems to be around the 4 week mark for a lot of people to recieve the device just thought I'd share!

@mlouise9870 i think it's pot luck when you will receive. I'm 6 weeks in and still no email or change in the apps tracking

I haven't no it's not even changed from 'in progress - coming soon' on the app.

Yeah definitely doesn't seem to be any order to it most likely as and when they have stock but they should be prioritising pre orders and those who are waiting the longest! Hopefully you receive your decide soon. My order had said currently on back order until yesterday it said awaiting dispatch then this morning emails from sky and dpd to say they have my device and it's on way.

Not sure they know what there doing they've had stock come in over past 2 weeks as I've just spoke to someone again about it and he's just as confused as me to why I haven't recived. I'm hoping to hear something today or tomorrow as he's spoken to the warehouse team and they've said they will contact me today or tomorrow. If not I will definitely be cancelling and il just go go to apple.

I have finally gotten the email, from both DPD & Sky. 

What a long wait. 

I was going to wait till the end of today and just get it from Tesco instead but it seems my perseverance has its perks!
