Not being allowed into the ‘manage’ page of my mobile account

I have previously been in touch with Sky over the fact that i cannot manage my mobile or access my data piggybank. Someone was supposed to contact me this has not happened. I have now had a warning about low data. Of course it is, the sky system is not allowing me to manage it.

 

i have twice been promised 'The team' are looking into it. It is now over a week. I have had no communication initiated by Sky.

 

the website will not allow me into the 'Manage' page of my mobile account.

In the interim call Sky and see if an agent can move some data for you.

Thank you for your advice.

I have spoken to an agent & rolled some data over.

The lady I spoke to was very helpful & explained that others are experiencing the same problem. Engineer's are working on it & there is a timeframe of up to two weeks to sort it. This was new information for me.

 

So if anyone is also experiencing a problem of not being allowed into the 'Manage' page of their Sky Mobile account, this would appear to be the latest update.
