Hi can anyone help me with this as I don't know what's going on with Sky. I have ordered my iPhone 17 pro max on 18/09 I have been waiting patiently 4 weeks and then I started calling Sky with questions and updates. Few people have been saying that the phone is still out of stock and I have to wait, ok I have wait another week as Sky has stock delivery every Friday. So I called again and one person says "yes we have it in stock and it will be dispatched on the 23/10 and I will received on Friday 24/10" PERFECT. But I called Sky on Thursday afternoon as there was no update on the Sky app. The person on the phone told me that they still waiting for the stock... excuse me WHAT?! I've been told that it will be dispatched on 23/10...so someone was laying to me?! I am so close to cancel the order and get it from somewhere else but idk if I should wait a bit longer. Did any of you have similar situation with the new iPhone order? please let me know.

Iv been waiting a month like u and they tell me different things every week my phone was supposed to get delivered last week but didn't im gonna call them shortly and get to the bottom of it is well will keep u updated i ordered the 17 pro max orange

Exactly what I am going through, ordered on the 19 of September until date no update and when I call different people keep giving me different dates  ,probably its just an excuse they are using so we can be more patient it's really sad,

I ordered a new contract for the iPhone 17 on 5th October said it would take 1-2 weeks its still saying its on *back order* cant find a number to contact an adviser and actual human to ask when its being delivered please help

If anyone is still waiting for delivery on the pro max I'd cancel and go elsewhere, I've just spoken to someone again this afternoon and there now saying they don't have stock and can't tell me when I'm looking at receiving it. 6 weeks waisted. Will be cancelling and going apple.

Ordered 20th Sept iPhone 17 pro max blue 256GB just got DPD notification and says awaiting parcel my sky ordered update to tomorrows date for delivery. Uk customer here based in NI

Your post has been moved to the big topic already discussing the supply issues. You will not be able to find out an exact date I'm afraid but what we can say is there are people who are waiting around 4 weeks if not longer as this is usual with the new iphone relases as this does happen every year with them.

As we’re customers here we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales.

iPhone 17:~ Any orders for an iPhone 17 are likely to be delayed due to the usual supply and demand issues faced by Apple. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
