I'm in the same situation as you unfortunately and I've been calling up but I ordered the pro instead of the pro max instead. I re ordered the pro max on 19th September and still waiting, it's been awful

I ordered iPhone 17 Pro Max on the 25/09/25 in cosmic orange 256gb got given the timeline of 2 to 3 weeks it's now been a month, this is what happened when I last ordered from

sky for the iPhone 15 pro max. Yes it is frustrating but it is what I have come to expect.

there will be no updates for delivery until there is an actual sticker on the phone with your name on  it

so just chill and be patient

I ordered mine 3 days before you and I am supposed to receive mine tomorrow. From what I've read they get stock every Friday so you might be waiting another week at the very most, I just hope you get sorted

It's a miracle! Since I told them I'd cancel they have emailed me letting me know it's out for delivery tomorrow. After almost 6 weeks finally have an email from them.
