Anyone here had notification of 17 Pro delivery? Ordered 19th September, 17 pro silver, still nothing..

Need help, so i ordered my phone 6th oct 17pm orange 256  today i received email from dpd and on app it's saying tommorow but the problem is i cancelled this order on 28th oct and i ordered again same day all because sky customer service convinced me to do this way you will get it early, even i have got refund of first phone which i might receive tommorow. What are my options what should i do now. Should I keep it and wait for second one as well which i don't know when i will receive it?

If it is the cancelled order you are receiving then it appears the order wasn't cancelled so you could reject it when it turns up or take it in and speak to Sky again about it and getting it returned to them.

Ive had my DPD notification today, my app has also updated with a delivery date of tomorrow. This would align with the conversation i had with the sky advisor 12 days ago ( saying i would receive my phone within two weeks). I ordered the iphone 17 pro Max silver.

Update. So I received my phone today and got busy setting everything up. Ordered Iphone 17PM Silver 256gb on 02/10. 

Email rec'd 04/11 from Sky and DPD telling me they are expecting my parcel. DPD sent me another email the next morning on 05/11 telling me my parcel will be delievered. Then I finally got the phone at 13:50 on 05/11.

Same thing happened to me.  Yesterday morning I was on live chat and was asking about my phone. While still on chat I got an email saying that my order is being dispatched and then received a follow up email from DPD saying they're waiting for my parcel and that it will be delivered on the 5th.  Of course something had to go wrong and today I got a notification that they will not be making my delivery today due to a delay. Apparently they have my parcel but waiting on sky to send them parcel data details. So fingers crossed I will get it tomorrow. As that's what DPD have said. 
For reference ordered on 21/10 iPhone pro max 256gb, blue.

How do you get to live chat? I ordered 17 Pro Max 256 on 7th October and got an expected to be delivered by 8th November text but the closer the 8th comes the less hope I have considering what some people have been saying 🥹

Yes. It was an Iphone 17. I ordered it I think it was first week of October.

Hi, not sure about anyone else that received the Nov,ever 1st txt but my phone I ordered 2nd of October., did arrive today. All be it, 9.10pm but it's a great phone and worth the wait!

So I was told it would be sent within 24h now been 48h I rang and was told this time my phone was stuck in a glitch I would need to cancel it and order again and now they saying the check didn't go through so ordered on the 12th sept now gotta wait untill the end of next week for some one to ring me back
