@Terrileigh13

You might not be able to as it was £0 for a limited time, perhaps 12 months after which it beomes chargeable. You could call Sky on 150 to see what they say.

The offer has expired.  I suspect you won't get that offer again - call Sky and see...

@Terrileigh13 The Sky mobile social tarrif is only available for 12 months and cannot be re-applied. You will have to call Sky to discuss what options you have.

I'm not sure what 'uc' is but either way it seems discounts have expired.

Aha!

In that case I believe you have to reapply see here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-social-tariff

"After 12 months the price will go back to the standard rate – we’ll tell you what this will be when you get in touch to add the Sky Mobile social tariff. You’ll also get an email to let you know when the price is coming to an end, and you can get in touch to talk about the options available."

EDIT: Just noticed @daveNOS already posted this...

I have to say I do think it's a little bit naughty of Sky to have different terms for Mobile (although I guess it could be argued they were generous in offering it at all ; )
