No been on the phone to them this morning and it's another wait of minimum of 4 weeks Iv been waiting 6 weeks already

I ordered  17 pm 512gb Orange on the 8th of October . It was successfully delivered today to my greatest surprise

I took out a contract over 2 weeks ago now in a sky shop. They said it would be here within 1 to 2 weeks. I have not received any notifications regarding my order.

You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

As we’re customers here we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales.

iPhone 17:~ Any orders for a latest model iPhone are always likely to be delayed due to the usual supply and demand issues faced by Apple. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

I finally received my phone this afternoon. Just 19 days wait . Wow , I had good experience rather than all the sad stories i came across in this forum

I ordered the pro in silver on the 12th sept rang a few times get told be here by next weekend that was 3 weeks ago give up ringing now will get here at some point

Ive been waiting since 23rd september and still have no update! Rang today they said they get 8-10 phones come on friday and im "10th" on the list so if no update by friday then it will be the following week. Thats probably another 2 week wait ontop 😭😂

I don't know if anyone else has experienced this but I ordered the new IPhone 17 Pro Max in orange over a month ago. I had the confirmation email but since then no updates what so ever. I've called Sky twice to check what was happening and I was told it would be delivered before the 24th of October and it still hasn't shown up and there is still no delivery updates.

I understand it could be out of stock but I'm being told it's in stock and will be dispatched, I've paid for the phone in full and it's starting to get annoying- Anyone else experiencing this???

Now my phone has updated after being on the phone to them now saying waiting dispatch but when I click on it still saying coming soon so I don't know if that's a good thing or not
