After being on the phone today with sky and then telling me it's going tintske

another 4 weeks to get to me Iv literally just now had a email saying it's been dispatched and should receive tomorrow. So it clearly shows sky don't have a scooby what's going on and giving everyone diffent story's. Hope this helps mine a 17PM 2t so hopefully you all get yours soon

Hey when did you order your phone? I spoke to Sky yesterday and they said I should have an email today and it should be coming tomorrow I don't believe anything. They say. I ordered the 29th of September

Week 4 update. 

iPhone 17PM 256GB Silver ordered Monday 29th September. 2-3 week delivery timeframe offered at that stage. 

I received a text message on 21st October (like many others) stating that my device would be delivered by 1st November. 

Received nothing further since but have been speaking to a Sky Advisor daily to make sure that my formal complaint I put in on 16th October is updated daily. 

As we are now 4 days out from November 1st, I'm not confident that Sky will be sending my device this weekend and expressed this to the advisor who told me: 

"You'll receive an email from our team once your order is dispatched. Since you've received a message regarding the 1st of November, rest assured that you'll get an email from us before that date". 

I'm hoping this means that I will because they're not going to outright lie on paper are they?! 

Anyway, I will keep you all updated if I get a message over the next few days. Fingers crossed!

Ordered iphone 17 PM silver 256gb on 24th september and received email today saying it's going to be here tomorrow and status has changed form in progress to wednesday 29th october. fingers crossed!!

I ordered iphone 17 pm cosmic orange 256 on 28th September.  Finally got dpd email that delivery will be tomorrow. 😁

I ordered 2 iphone 17s (lavander & sage) on 07/10, a day after I got an email saying delivery would be 1-2 weeks. 

On 21/10 got a text saying my iPhone 17 256gb  would be delivered by 1st of November (it didn't say if it was both phones or just one, if so which one). So we are now on Tuesday 28/10 and I haven't received anything from Sky/DPD and online is still says both phones are on "back order" and coming soon. 

I don't think these will be delivered to be honest, so if I don't get anything by then I will cancel everything.
