Ordered iPhone 17 pro max blue 256gb 4th October. Had the same text as others on 21st October stating will be delivered by 1st November. Called up sky foday, and was given the "rest assured as you have received that text, you will receive it on Saturday". Prior to stating I had this text, the advisor said there were no phones in stock and it was on back order.

I'm not filled with hope!

Ouch... Might just cancel then and get it from Apple. The website is misleading stating 1-2 weeks for delivery

just had made with Sky on the phone they now saying it's another week or two I said you told me two weeks and it's been since the 29th of September which is four weeks today. They are now telling new customers four weeks absolutely pathetic. I got told yesterday I would have an email today and delivery tomorrow doesn't look promising. They need to sort their act out and stop selling the phones.

• I called today was told their back in stock I ordered pro max in silver 256gb and should be delivered 3rd haven't had any emails etc but my accessories will be delivered in 1-2 weeks not holding much hope but will see nothing updated on app yet still says coming soon

Did anyone received email from dpd for delivery 

I had my order placed on 29 September and had an update on 15 Oct say will be delivered by 29th Oct 

but still no update from either sky or dpd 

for 17 pro max 256gb db

I'm in the exact same position as you as above I rang them up today they told me it could be up to one to 2 weeks. I rang them yesterday and I was guaranteed delivery by tomorrow. I don't think they got a clue what's going on so not fair and the worst thing is is we don't start paying till we receive takes the Mick

I'm just gonna cancel the order if it doesn't get delivered within 2 days 

u need to tell them connect me with Irelands back office or sales team 

bcz the agent who the call first connects is based in India and they don't have any clue 

when I did this 

got a mail from sky saying will be delivered at earliest on 29 Oct due bank holiday 

but still no update totally disappointed by sky

I got an email from sky today saying it's with DPD and I checked the DPD tracking site and it's being delivered tomorrow.
