I order my iPhone 17 pro max blue on 20th September. Got update on Friday saying delivery expected sat 25th. DPD tracking said out for delivery on Saturday it never arrived. Now says on way to depot so none the wiser

Ordered pre order day 1:03 pm orange 256 . Still says awaiting dispatch which it has since day one, got one from Argos a few weeks ago and yet sky still won't let me cancel "sorry it's in fulfilment house we can't cancel "  ok so when will it be dispatched "sorry we've got no stock so we can't dispatch" ok so I want to cancel "no sorry as I said the device is in fulfilment house getting ready to ship to you" ok when will it be dispatched . "As I said we have no handsets so we can't dispatch" HOW IS IT THERE BUT NOT THERE ITS IN FULFILMENT HOUSE BUT ITS NOT BECAUSE YOU HAVE NO DEVICES SO WHAT THE ACTUAL HELL IS THE TRUTH AT THIS POINT

@Leon04
As we’re customers here we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. Some have waited a lot longer than that.

iPhone 17:~ Any orders for a latest model iPhone are always likely to be delayed due to the usual supply and demand issues faced by Apple. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

Re: iPhone 17 pro max order

I placed my first order on the 22/09 waited 4weeks and received email saying my order will be delivered by 12/11 but next day my order got cancelled, placed the second order on the 20/10 through the phone with the customer care agent as she told me it was an error in the system and placing the order through the phone will be much better, got an email 4days later saying my order is cancelled again, called them again for the agent to tell me it was once again an error in their system if I'd like to place my order for the 3rd time he can do that for me 😂 I asked will it just cancel again? He said he can't guarantee it won't. I told him no thanks as my €312 of upfront payments still haven't been refunded from my past two orders. I've lost all hope in their professionalism and I don't particularly feel like making 500€ woth of upfront payments just to wait around months to get refunded 🤔 if you'd like to play their strange little payment and refunding game, by all means go ahead but in my opinion this company is a waste of time and energy...
