Getting really disappointed now. Last update I had from them was the day before official launch (so 19th September) saying it should be delivered today. Give up trying to contact them as they all say the same bull 'there's not stock' 'you're on back order' blah blah blah blah blah! I'm NEVER pre ordering a device again unless I win the lottery and it's from Apple themselves. Last phone I had from Sky was my 14 Pro Max but ordered after release day so expected the delay but to hear nothing after they said I should have it today is mad! If they can't cope with the orders then only offer it for so long! None of this 'well it depends where you live' as that shouldn't matter! I pre ordered on 13th so to have people receive there's way after me (the exact same device and storage) is stupid!! Getting to the point where I want to cancel my pre order and my whole contract with them as they have been useless with keeping people up to date! Even if they're not sure just say that! Stop telling us all lies all the time! 😩😩

@Titchx3 I feel ya! That's why I called because they obviously had so many orders that some of ours may have been forgotten! Passed to 3 different people in under 45 mins and one saying 'You should've received it by now'. The whole stock thing is a lie when I bring up that people are getting them on here. In which he said "I can't answer that"

Sick and tired of this bloody company, ordered o. The 13/09/3024 ment to be delivered on the 20/09/24 then had text message on the 19/09/24 saying by the 27/09/24. Guess what nothing! I can't understand why there is no press report on how incompetent sky are regarding apple launches, they sell false promises with no understanding of how this affects there loyal customers!!
