@champagneslay @lauren1210  I can't understand how they sent texts out to people like mine and Lauren's with dates like 27th and 4th and others have had theirs. Must have something if we had a text. Its strange you had nothing after your agreement.

@Suze181 the man i just spoke to was understanding he's speaking to the stock department, he seems like there's obviously an issue

@champagneslay  Did he transfer you back to mobile then or is he from broadband still? There's obviously an issue just no one wants to own up to it

@lauren1210 @Suze181 yeah so broadband said i won't waste anymore of ur time, sent me back to another guy who spoke to me said yeah not right and now on hold as he speaks to stock department

How long does it take to speak to the stock department??? I've bet i've been transferred again

@champagneslay  They're trying to wait you out it seems like. Will you hang up or keep pushing to get the answers you deserve

@Suze181 @So just got off the phone and he basically has said their seems to be a 'glitch" with my order and the stock department. He said it is definitely not lost or missing but he said that they will make sure it's sent out as soon as possible. He said it probably won't be today or tonight or tomorrow but as soon as possible. Seems truthful - if i don't hear anything by monday. I also just got off the phone to the cancellation department who contacted me. He was super nice and said the usual stuff and said I should be in the second batch.

@champagneslay @That sounds positive. As long as it's not lost. I'd definitely follow it up Monday if you e heard nothing or give them Monday then chase Tuesday

@Suze181 @Then the cancellation team called me because I said I was gunna cancel my contracts if it had not been updated. Also been given my first month bill free x
