@Suze181 been on hold for 5 mins - sounds like the orders obvjously been misplaced hence why i haven't had anything texts or emails. he asked if id signed the credit agreement and i said i did that on the 13th september

@champagneslay omg I can't believe they are saying this to you now as you've contacted them sooo many times and they just keep giving excuses.  I think they need to give you compensation of some sort now. 😡

@Samdl2 @Suze181 I will be happy with just getting the phone but seems like they've massively effed up - i've been through to 3 people who have no idea what's going on when i said there are people recieving their orders who placed them days after me.
