@champagneslay technically it was pre ordered as it was before the 20th but it still doesnt make it right that people who ordered on 13th still havent had theirs!

I just don't know how much longer I can wait, it's just been a joke start to finish and there seems to be no order of who is receiving them first

@champagneslay I just dont understand how they are letting people order knowing that they do not have the stock to provide to the customers, i understand putting a wait on them but why are they giving them to people who have ordered before others? and preordered makes no sense to me. seems like they are just randomly sending them

@champagneslay noo unfortunately not. I raised a complaint but I think it was just a standard wishy washy rehearsed answer about "Apple informed us 3 days before pre orders going live that there were production issues so there is a 3 week delay for anyone who pre ordered on 13th September".

but I said I received a text of by 27th so I will wait to see tomorrow for any update :/.

trouble is there is now a bigger backlog for other retailers but surely people are buying them every day as it would seem like a bigger news story?
