Long time stalker, first time poster.  

I ordered my iphone pro max black titanium 256gb 18/09 and was hoping that i would recieve it way before the 4 week mark but alas it doesnt seem very hopeful!

I fully understand that its not the sky customer service reps fault but why are they giving so much conflicting information out? i really do not understand how they havent been told my management to just say the same thing? are the reps just making it up as they go along? surely there has to be a script in place for situations like this? so many questions and apparently ALOT of time

Champagneslay chimed in with worse news, revealing they had ordered on the 13th and had received absolutely zero updates from Sky. “Anakin, can I have some of that vodka?” they pleaded, and Anakin, feeling the collective despair, agreed, “Let’s do shots!” Things quickly got blurry as they all poured their frustrations into glasses, drowning their sorrows in liquid courage. For now, that probably wraps up today’s updates—no breakthroughs, just a gathering of weary souls. Here’s hoping tomorrow brings fresh hope and maybe some actual news about their long-awaited iPhones.

EE did this to me last upgrade and in the end I got the phone 1 month and one week late and said it was not on mostly due to lies and demanded one month free credit on the bill and they did.

@champagneslay Nope still radio silence from Sky on mine, though i saw a post about a DT PM! They do exist, it was the 512GB though so surely ours can't be too far behind, there's been quite a lot of movement today by the looks of it with people getting dates.

If so how long is the wait as I've been waiting 5 days and still haven't heard anything about the delivery date?

i ordered my iphone 16 pro max black titanium 256gb on 18th sept and have had my confirmation email but thats it and have been told by sky that they do not have any in stock currently
