Apple iPhone 16 range now available for pre-order on Sky Mobile

 I hate to be such a smug bug but my iPhone pro max white is coming tomorrow, I received a text on 19th stating I would receive my phone by 27th so hopefully anyone who received that text should have their phones by tomorrow or Friday

Just received an email from sky now saying my phone should arrive tomorrow they have sent me a tracking ID and that I should receive a text from courier tomorrow 👍🏽

@Farrukh .  I'm on live chat now, and while I'm trying to be polite the amount of crap he is talking is making me cross.  

I've just been told to check again in a couple of days, I explained I check every couple of hours!

He hasn't given me any date as probably realised if he tells me October I'll get mad.  

If one more eomployee tells me don't worry you will get your phone I may totally lose it

I've emailed at least two complaints but have not had any replies yet, not sure they have many humans!

@Kalim well even if Apple advised them of production delays 3 days before launch event they did not communicate that at all and my email I received within minutes of pre ordering confirmed delivery ON Friday 20th, so that was rubbish to start with.  

All big companies are just happy to take our money and make us wait for the product

does anyone know that if we have done a swap and will have to pay the remainder on our next bill, if the device hasnt arrived by our next bill do we have to pay still or will it be a case of paying for the device on the bill after it comes?

Well it seems the text I received yesterday to say my phone would be delivered is false. Still no email from sky, no update on the sky tracking as it's still showing as "coming soon" and no DPD tracking information. Will have to see what happens this evening and tomorrow but I'm not convinced anything is coming yet. I've just about had enough. 

I have ordered iPhone 16 Pro Max - Desert Titanium 256GB. 13/09/24 @ 2pm
