It's their ball, so Sky can move the goalposts wherever they see fit.  As usual, though, they've done a poor job of telling customers.

Hi,

 

I'm experiencing the same issue.

 

I have Sky Q Multiscreen on my bill, and that appears to be one of the requirements to continue having use of Sky Go on a console.

 

Can Sky contact me please to check this?

You can't use sky go on this device yet. You'll need a sky q multiscreen, sky glass whole home or sky extra subscription to access sky go on this device.'

 

Was working fine on Friday and now isn't working on my xbox series x. I have sky go extra on my last bill.

The  fix is to have multiscreen, while home or Sky Go Extra on your package so do you have any of these ?

I am having the same issue, Diamond member 22+yrs on an old deal where I can see no option of getting Sky Go Extra.

Any ideas on how to check if I should be able to access Sky Go Extra?

Do you have multiscreen or if you have Sky Glass or Stream do you have the Whole Home package ?

I can't see anywhere that says sky go extra can't even see anything g about sky go normal other than the lady on the phone saying I can have 3 devices linked

Sky Go and Sky Go Extra customers can stream on two devices at a time.
Sky Q Multiscreen and Sky Glass/Sky Stream Whole Home customers can stream on four devices at a time.

I had sky go extra on my last bill but has disappeared on my future bill. Didn't ask to be removed. Working fine on tablet and phone just not xbox series x
