Not sure how much clearing the Safari cache helps but can confim that I did this, deleted the app and support files, rebooted, and re-installed Sky Go and its now working me again on 14.6 (M2 MacBook Air).

Find out moreIndeed does seem to look like it is fixed on Sonoma 14.6 if you download and install the latest version of Sky Go from https://www.sky.com/pages/sky-go/download-the-app or via the direct download link of https://desktopclient.ott.sky.com/skygodesktop/GB/SkyGoInstaller.zip

Sky Go app now working (relief!). For the record the problem also affected MacOS Monterey 12.7.6. Thanks to Sky for fixing it.

Thank you very much@JJ311
I’ve emptied the Safari cache, uninstalled Sky
Go and I did the reboot.
I then downloaded the installer from Sky’s website and now SkyGo is working.
I have a MacBook Air M2 2023 with MacOs 15

Fixed for me also. I had the problem only after updating to MacOS 14.6.
I removed the old Sky Go App (Version 24.1.3-2), went to the Sky Go App for Mac download page on the Sky website, and ran the new installer. (Didn't reboot or clear safari cache as other thread suggests).
Sky Go installer ran and launched, now marked as version 24.1.3-2- 24.1.3-3. Appears to be working fine for me now.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYeah you shouldn't need to clear browser cache or run an uninstall just download from Skys website and it should install the latest version of Sky Go.

Blast, yes, Sonoma 14.6 M3 Max and the app now runs, but I have this error. PFE 9012.
Been on to customer support about this before and no help. Will start a new thread.

I've just downloaded the latest installer and everything works again on my MacBook M1 . I didn't uninstall the previous version first or do any cleanup.
Thanks Sky 😊
