Sky go not working on my Samsung s22 ultra mobile phone

My Samsung s22 ultra mobile phone won't allow me to play tv programs or movies on the Sky Go app. It says 'unable to play content. Code error 2004'

Sky go works on my lap top and ipad but not on my phone.

I've contacted my wifi provider and it's not them.

Any help would be appreciated.
