This issue has been ongoing for a few weeks and have been trying suggestions from another discussion.
I have tried endless times and the same message appears. I am installing the latest files on my Macbook Air on OS 14.6. I have been with Sky for over 40 years and have recently upgraded from Sky Q to Sky Glass.
I still have it running on a 14 year old Macbook Pro, a windows desktop PC and an iphone 12 mini. I know you have less usability on Glass than Q but that doesn't matter.
I am assuming it may be something to do with the Sky Go app looking for my old Sky Q but I have run oiut of ideas to try. The app appears on my screen but is blank which makes me think it's something basic and simple I have to do but do not know how to do it!
