New to sky stream and whole home,and have downloaded sky go app onto IPad . I get the tv schedule but then get "error code 10".

@KevNewMedia what is the chance of an update on this issue?
it has been 4.5 hours, i'm sure many people still can't connect to sky go and now my minibox will not connect to my Sky Q box as well.

You generally won't get regularly updates from Sky, that isn't how they currently work.
Once there is a fix or workaround confirmed for an issue, a member of the Sky Community Team will post a further update on this thread to let the community know.
