tablet was fine testerday, however today i get error code 10 [-35651578] ?

Hi
I am receiving error code 10 on my ipad.
My ipad is the latest version and I have uninstalled and re-installed the Sky go app and it is still not working.
Could it be that my ipad is too old or is it an issue with Sky go?

Exactly same thing happening to me this morning.
Logged in, pressed play, receive Error Code 10. On two devices, as well.
Worked fine last night, not changed anything, no updates, using same devices (iPad & Pro), network connections all good.
Uninstalled & reinstalled, reset router etc... Nothing helped, still won't play and receiving Error Code 10, on both devices.
Sounds like it might be a problem Sky's end. Here's hoping more replies helps bump it. Good luck!

I can get Sky Go on my iPhone, but I cannot get it on my iPad Pro. When I try and select a program it comes up with error 10
I have removed up and reinstalled. I have rebooted iPad,
any ideas
help

I've got the same.. Samsung tablet. Latest version of Android available. I've uninstalled and rebooted multiple times. Same error. Only started today.

Same on IPhone 12, everything up to date re installed app no ip relay no vpn, works on iPad and MacBook???

I updated my iPad 16.7.6. I now cannot get into Sky Go. I get an error message . Please check that you're subscribed to this channel......etc. Error code 50-2.
I checked with the sky bot and did what it asked... switched off sky and broadband and reset. I uninstalled the Sky Go app snd reinstalled. Now I get an error code 10 an unknown error occurred.

Im the same too. Also will not connect to my Sky Q box either.

@Tim+Spencer Maybe that suggests it's an issue trying to watch over Wi-Fi networks, if it's working fine with the mobile network on your iPhone.
Hoping it's Sky's problem & they fix it soon.
