If @Tim+Spencer can watch on his iPhone but not pc/iPad then maybe it's an issue on Wi-Fi networks, if that helps. I'm guessing Error Code 10 is pretty general.

Same here. Tried delete, reinstall and restarts. Suspect SKY problem.

Error 10 problem the same for me oh and my downloads have disappeared too!! Yet another Sky problem.

Sky Go error code 3-22 in my Pixel7a but ok on Samsung A7 Tablet. Was ok yesterday.

Your problem might be a little different if the error code is 3-22 rather than 10.

 

3-22 can be an issue between a specific device, the network and the app.

The standard advice is:

disconnect device from internet (mobile and/or wi-fi if both apply),

uninstall app,

turn off device,

turn on device,

reconnect to internet,

reinstall app.

Same here - removed the sky go app and reinstalled.  I can control the sky q via remote but unable to play any content to the iPads.  iPhone works fine.

This is being investigated by Sky as there have been other posts on here about the numerous errors Sky Go is throwing up at present.

The 3-22 error and a few others are being investigated by Sky.

Hi, 

There's clearly an issue and it's across multiple devices and OS. 

It would be helpful to have the Streaming Services status page updates to reflect that and that those affected can follow progress updates on a resolution. Right now, like others, I'm in the dark and more importantly without my Service on my device..
