Keep freezing

My sky keeps freezing and then goes blank 

happening a lot

As you have posted this in the Sky Go section of the forum are you referring to the Sky Go app?

Just won't play anything,  just says sky download your sky

Try uninstalling Sky Go and then reinstalling it

Daisy, I have the exact problem, the last 2 days I am only able to watch 2 channels without freezing all the time.

Anything live is unwatchable (Removed)

When sky test my signal it's ok, if I try to test it on my TV the wifi/signal is so weak it can't complete the speed test.🤣
