Possibly, if you didn't check beforehand which channels were and weren't available.

If you upgrading you don't expect to lose channels v poor sky. I've upgraded my internet for this paying more getting less inexcusable by sky

It sounds to me like it's your fault, not Sky's? People have got to start taking some responsibility for their TV choices and do their research properly.

As a diamond customer they offered it me so they new I had a dish. Stop the sucking up answer. It's co operate greed. Build the trust then rip you off

When you talk to them and they sell it as upgrade of course I do. However lesson learnt my fault for trusting sky are professional multi national company

PPI settlements were based on the companies being unable to demonstrate they had complied with financial product regulation to an extent which would stand up in court: that's not really the same as a difference in channel lineup between transmission platforms.
