Bought Glass for one set and a puck for the other two. One works fine but the other needs to be connected to the router every time it is turned back on. Why is this happening?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Roy+Dearnley Welcome to the forum. This sounds similar to what I experienced when I first got my Glass TV. Every morning I said there was no internet connection.
I resolved this by going into Settings > System Management > Start up & Standby and I turned ON the Networked Standby Mode. Also turn OFF the Overnight Power Saving.
Hopefully that will resolve the issue for you. 🤞

Keep a look out for the speech chat bubble that will appear on the bottom left of your screen when you are logged onto this forum (you will need to refresh your browser from time to time until you see the chat bubble). When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or the chat will be automatically closed. Note replies from Sky are not instant so you will need to regularly check the chat thread.

Can you connect the tv to the router with an ethernet cable? If you can thus might stop it happening

Hi Peter,
Thank you for your response.
I haven't got my new router yet, but I am now with BT, so I added my bt account. For some reason this is the error I got after saying I'm not connected. Maybe I have to wait for the router, so I can try the ethernet cable. That would be two weeks without tv (eastenders, really) *sobs*
