Sky glass

My sky glass won't let me watch tv programmes live, it says I have to wait for it to be loaded ?  I wait the tv listings page appears I click on a current live programme but nothing happens

 

please help 😣

Have you tried pulling the plug for a few minutes ?

 

also could be the speed / consistency of your internet connection .....

can you let us know your line speed and if you are connecting via WiFi or Ethernet

If the reboot doesn't work open Netflix on your Sky Glass, go to Get Help and Check Your Network, this will show the download speed your Sky Glass is getting.

my broadband speed is 46.23.  I have switched the tv off and the broadband but it's still the same when I switch on🤔

Is that how fast it is now n the glass set ? You can tell by going into the Netflix app on glass - going to get help then choose the network check 

 

If possible are you able to connect the glass set via ethernet cable? This helps to rule out the tv being defective

Spoken to sky today and they cannot fix it either, funny that is was fine till Sunday so I am pretty frustrated 😩

@Yoj22  when you measured the Internet speed on the Sky Glass TV using the Netflix get help Network check... did you take a few readings a few minutes apart?
