My glass tv is set to come on when you come into the room. It doesn't come on in the morning and my controls don't work, I have to unplug and wait ages for the tv light to come on, then my controls work. Any ideas please

id suggestion trying 2 things:
in settings set networked standby mode to ON. This stops the TV from disconnecting from the internet when it's in standby.
the other setting you may want to change if the previous one doesn't fix everything is to turn overnight power saving OFF.
both of these settings can resolve issues if you are connecting via WiFi as it can take a while for the WiFi to reestablish itself once the TV has come out of standby.
