Playlist disappeared

I have just turned my tv on and my entire playlist has disappeared.  I have the sky pucks in several rooms and all the same.  Anybody help?

Programmes mo longer in personal playlist

I've turned on my to and gone to my personal playlist but there are no longer any programmes.  I have gone to manage them and when I select the programme from manage all it already indicated it's in my personal playlist,  it it's not there no programmes are. I have de selected and re selected, create a new profile and still. O thing shows up.  I have turned off the puck left for a min an rebooted and still the same and this is affected all the pucks in the house why has this happened

Continue Watching rail only showing netflix

Anyone else's Stream lost all their programmes on the continue watching rail except for Netflix shows affected all 4 pucks I am sure they will return but frustrating

Whole playlist removed

Hi to all. 

My whole playlist (32) programmes, series, documentaries etc has been deleted/removed. 

 

I rang Sky up and the lady had no idea what to do other than read these community notes and turn off from the mains? Surely this is getting looked at from a technical point? 

 

I pay North of £100 for my sky stream. Is there really any point keeping it if there is no playlist. That's like having Sky+ with no record 

 

Shambles from a billion pound company!!!

Thank you found them!  Seems Sky is looking at this problem but you can still view your playlist in "manage my playlist" for the moment 👍 until they fix

My playlist has disappeared completely

My playlist has gone completely, iv other issues like when I turn on the sky glass tv music is playing or in the background the last programme is playing ,constantly have to reboot turning off from the wall not happy with this nearly every day now lost my playlist.
