Sky Glass - why do I need to upgrade to watch a film on sky arts?

I can add a sky arts film to my playlist but when I try to watch it I get a message to say that I need to upgrade. I have the ultimate package - how do get to be able to watch the film?

Movies have different rights to most other programmes.
Sky Arts will have the live broadcast rights to the film you want to watch, but probably don't have the on demand streaming rights.
Adding the film to your playlist will just direct you to whichever service does have the on demand streaming rights which may be a paid for subscription service such as Sky Cinema, or Disney+.
