Playlist programs disappeared!

Just had the same thing happen with me. Really annoying as had added loads of programmes across various profiles and now there are 1 or 2 in some and none in the others. Each time I reboot this changes for each playlist

Really hope this gets resolved soon.

Just thought I would add my frustration to this thread. Exactly the same as everyone else. How quickly do Sky take to react to this, considering the first post was over 12 hours ago.

A little work around for everyone. If you go to the manage all button in the playlist it still lists the shows (as a list in alphabetical order) you can use that in the interim whilst Sky fix the issue.

The tracking of what episodes you have watched it also still working on each individual show based on my testing.

Hi,

Just noticed today that no shows appear in either my main playlist or one of the named ones I've created. All were there this morning. Have tried a reboot but no change, occasionally the odd program appears but where I usually get a load of roles for programs I just get 'manage all' and 'sky purchases'

Any suggestions? More known issues?

Got various other problems with it but have given up trying to solve till I can get out of the contract

My playlist has gone too other than some random sky arts programs as well as the continue watching options too? Furious. Anyone have any ideas? Is this a sky wide blip?

Suddenly Lost all programmes on playlists - when trying to re add it won't , when go on manage all they are showing but that's no use to me

Have used my playlist today a few times all ok, just gone in it and all tv and movies have gone except for 1 movie.

I've turned tv off and on at the mains and my puk too but still the same. They where both switched of for about 25-30 mins

Me too, no playlist programmes or continue viewing programmes are visible, just favourites.

This is happening to Me.

I am having to use the manage all to see my programs.

Its showing random programs on my playlist.

I've just switched the Sky glass on 1/2/24 and all of my playlist has vanished, and all.it shows is my favourites list. I looked at manage playlist and the programmes are there but only to remove series. So there is nothing on continue watching and I can only try to watch them through the app, although my sky glass does not have UKTV play app installed. Any help please?
