The app is saying restricted and i camt access my account

I can't access the my sky app it is saying its restricted and I am trying to sort out my billing and my products as my sky glass TV sound is not working so I need assistance with this also it is also saying there is no address conected to my sky account I would like to talk with someone about this

I'd suggest giving Sky a call.
