OK I think I'm done trying to get this to work for now. I have tried the reset steps outlined double digit times, including leaving the Puck unplugged overnight. My reset seems to get stuck at the some point each time, The "Remote Control Setup" point. When I get here all the lights go out on the Puck and nothing happens when I hold teh "4 and 6" buttons together for 2 seconds. Some others here have suggested holding the 1 and 3 or 7 and 9 buttons as well but that hasn't worked either. To me it looks like the Puck has locked up and is not responding. I'm just going to unplug the Puck for a day or so and cross my fingers and toes. Guess I'm watching the F1 on my laptop this afternoon.
I guess I'm one of the unfortunate ones that is going to have to wait until something is sorted by Sky at some point in the distant future.
Thanks to all those offering the suggestions you're a better Support Team than Sky has on its books. Suggest you band together and ask for some $$$$ for your efforts. Without you folks there would be a lot more struggling onthe phones. It blows me away that I haven't had a SMS or e-mail from Sky stating there is an issue and to try the reset procedure. Customer Comms 101; tell everyone there is a problem, you're trying to fix it and here try this as it might work.

checked out all what i wasasked.still no tv picture.Been online,went through fault programme. still no service,engineers working on it.since friday 20/09/24.Thats what comes upyour streaming tv looks it has a problem.outrage in area,i have even changed tv and still doesnot work.have phoned sky many times and cant get passed the message to go into sky help..when will i get my service back.Hope sky will phone me,as if. mr thomas.

Sky stream... ive done the "hard reset" multiple times and as soon as the lights stop flashing it does nothing at all no matter how long i leave it

@Helpme13 I was on the phone for over 4 hours yesterday.. complete waste of time! Spoke to a lovely lady this morning who went through the same steps that I've tried a hundred times..waste of time until sky have fixed the problem at their end! The message they keep sending about how if you go through those steps it will work again is just a generic message once the problem is resolved. She had no idea when it will be fixed.i was told yesterday it would be working by this morning and its not!! Could be days 😒

I'm a newbie when it comes to posting to the Community. Please could you let me know how you include the original when responding to a post?
I've tried using an Ethernet connection but it doesn't work. As soon as I plug the puck back into my TV it goes into "flashing light" mode.

Im currently on the phone to sky and even the man im talking to has said the recovery process should fix the issue hes been through the recovery process with me twice during the call hes now speaking to a manager so we will see what he comes back with 🙏🏼

I turned it off at the mains black screen all the time I done everything this is my second tv from sky it's a joke I keep being put on hold and getting cut off
This company is a big company and can't fix it within 3 days
