@revird how far did you get through the process?
Most people seem to get stuck either at the PIN or activation stages probably as they entered a PIN instead of switching the puck off or they are not signed into their MySky account at www.sky.com

This is the resolution that works, that you have to do.
Follow the procedure exactly as described in post 2 of this thread, flagged as the Answer post from Sky.

Many have had this problem and this resolves it for them;
Try refreshing your browser cache or try the activate link in another browser or device.
Before clicking on the activate link, log in to your MySky account first.
Also, try this alternative link;
Make sure you have logged into your Mysky account in your browser before trying.

Hi,
Just did the same. Pressed 1&3 on remote. It decided to wake up on both TV and PUk. It seemed the remote was the problem in not leeting the setup to complete. All now working.

When at the pin stage and it fails.
Power off your puck, leave off for a few minutes and repower.
It will continue, follow the instructions.
This has worked for many having a pin issue

Tried doing as the link suggests but had the "ops couldnt update software, try again" message, no activation code etc, have tried again and now its stuck on 0% for the last 10 mins....
Sky - will there be compensation for not being able to access sky tv for the last 48 hours?!?

If you believe you are signed in then sign out and back in again.
Also if you are asked to enter a PIN do not do so but switch off your Glass or Puck at the wall socket for a few seconds and then switch it back on to reboot. You can then continue the recovery process.
Good luck.

Good luck.
