Seen this one before, hope it works for you.
Tirn off your puck or Glass TV, not sure what you have.
Do the 4 and 6 as you have previously then do this:
Press and hold 7 and 9 together for at least 3 seconds.
Then try the fix procedure again.

On page 2 there is a walkthrough to get it working.
Turn the mains plug off. Hold down the power button on the side of the tv and turn mains back on. hold power button down until the red light starts flashing on your tv, then follow the screen prompts.

Go to Settings > Mobile Data Personal Hotspot or Settings Personal Hotspot.
Tap the slider next to Allow Others to Join.

Anyone found a fix for getting past the "Oops there seem to be a problem" page so I can enter code and link account have tried clearing cache, using private browser, using telephone data all to no avail.
Spoke to a Sky agent yesterday after over an hour on hold was no use whatsoever, only had Sky stream installed on the 5th wonder if this will allow to end contract?

Still got no Tv . Tv won't turn on . Done as they say on link sent . But nothing. Got no lights on tv or any messages come up . Not good enough two days with no tv

Reset everything and still have no Live TV or apps on our Sky Glass. Followed steps outlined on page 2 twice with no luck.

I must have been lucky because my advisor told me just to switch it off, so that has been overnight and on seeing some suggestions it had been fixed, tried again and it just came on without a re-set!

Mine went off on Thursday night,and rang yesterday they said there is a issue with the software and it could take 24 hours to fix,and to leave it switched on,done all this and it is still the same,Hope they fix the software issue soon

Does you guys screen just keep changing showing the latest films and stuff but not even let you click on anything? Like my remote doesn't let me click on anything.
Not only is my sky not working but they are teasing me at the same time 🤣🤣

Understand, as we have seen many on this having problems with the activation page.
We are not sure why it works for some easily and not so for others.
Try the following, even if you have:
Can you log into your Mysky account webpage page ok or even go to Sky.com and login there.
If you can keep that logged in.
Open another tab on the same browser and manually type in either of the urls, the one shown on screen during the process or the one below, with the http://
https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv/activate
Maybe even try it on a 4g mobile phone connection, so not connected to your home wifi.
