@lettice Ive tried many different broswers, cleared cache etc and still cannot activate. I tried with a different account that didnt have sky stream and cant get to activate screen on that but obviously cannot use that account. Its utterly infuriating at this point!

I'm having the same issue, mine says press 7 and 9 but nothing happens! My remote is also working, anyhow I can't change battery in my remote as the back is really hard to come off if it even comes off... but it is working but just not being recognised by the TV. Trying to get hold of Sky customer service is impossible, you sit on the line for over an hour I've tried two days in a row and you just sit listening to music for hours, but when they want something they get hold of you quickly enough, it's ridiculous and really unfair. Not good service at all.

Our sky glass has been down since Thursday. We know there was a national outage but, subscribers in alternative broadband providers aren't affected. Why? We've tried everything sky has suggested but can't get past the postcode page so can't link our accounts. We've been sky subscribers for 25 years and the details in our sky I'd holds the postcode we are inputting.

Sky are working hard to improve the problem,in the meantime keep reading the superusers repeat the same message for 190+pages even though not everyone has the same issues.

Seen this one before, hope it works for you.
Tirn off your puck or Glass TV, not sure what you have.
Do the 4 and 6 as you have previously then do this:
Press and hold 7 and 9 together for at least 3 seconds.
Then try the fix procedure again.

On page 2 there is a walkthrough to get it working.
Turn the mains plug off. Hold down the power button on the side of the tv and turn mains back on. hold power button down until the red light starts flashing on your tv, then follow the screen prompts.

Go to Settings > Mobile Data Personal Hotspot or Settings Personal Hotspot.
Tap the slider next to Allow Others to Join.

Anyone found a fix for getting past the "Oops there seem to be a problem" page so I can enter code and link account have tried clearing cache, using private browser, using telephone data all to no avail.
Spoke to a Sky agent yesterday after over an hour on hold was no use whatsoever, only had Sky stream installed on the 5th wonder if this will allow to end contract?

Still got no Tv . Tv won't turn on . Done as they say on link sent . But nothing. Got no lights on tv or any messages come up . Not good enough two days with no tv

Reset everything and still have no Live TV or apps on our Sky Glass. Followed steps outlined on page 2 twice with no luck.
